We care about the substance of the research, not the accumulation of credentials. What you have built and what you can reason about matter more than what is listed on your CV.
The group works collaboratively rather than hierarchically. Projects are shared responsibilities, and the same ethical standards apply to everyone in the room — including the PI.
We look for people committed to rigorous research, to their own character, and to contributing something back to the community beyond personal advancement.
